In the secluded vineyards of le Puy, at the heart of the historic ‘Les Rocs’ plot, Blaise-Albert, our most exceptional wine, is born. The grapes that compose it are harvested with infinite delicacy from vines that have been specifically identified and selected. The wine is then patiently aged in seasoned barrels, then regularly energized to the rhythm of the moon’s phases to strengthen its vital energy.
Each year, the Amoreau family, guardians of ancestral know-how, gathers in a tasting committee and selects the most expressive nectars, those that will reveal the soul of this unique terroir. They then create a subtle and delicate blend from the last 10 vintages.
The bottle, a one-liter case blown by an artisan glassmaker and screen-printed with gold, reveals a crimson and ruby color, illuminated by orange highlights. The nose, subtle and captivating, offers a symphony of aromas of ripe red fruits. The palate, of rare complexity, enchants with the finesse of its tannins. The length, infinite, leaves a deep emotional imprint.
