Solutions to reduce the impact on the estate’s water resources were implemented. Thanks to three springs on our land and the installation of a natural catchment and filtration system (hydraulic ram pump and reed bed filter), le Puy began its move towards self-sufficiency and away from the public water supply for all its agricultural and wine-making needs.
