First carbon-footprint of a winery

Le Puy became the first wine estate to carry out a carbon footprint assessment with the Ecocert body, to measure the global impact of its activities in terms of greenhouse gases. The results revealed that by absorbing more CO2 than we produce, we contribute, on our level, to saving the planet and slowing down climate change.
