This led to the creation of the first Barthélemy vintage, named in honour of our ancestor. It is produced exclusively with grapes from the historical “Les Rocs” plot, contains no added sulphur and is matured dynamically. Le Puy was the first estate to introduce dynamisation to both the vines and to the cellar maturation process.
